PRISTINE GLEAM — TERMS & CONDITIONS

At Pristine Gleam, the same commitment to excellence we bring to every detail is reflected in how we operate. Our terms exist to protect both our clients and our craft.

Over the past few years, we have worked tirelessly to establish Pristine Gleam as one of Scotland’s leading mobile valeting and detailing companies. Our work speaks for itself — and all we ask in return is that our policies, terms of business and staff are treated with the same respect we bring to every vehicle we touch. Do that, and we will always deliver exactly as promised.

Pristine Gleam is a fully mobile service, operating at your home or workplace. We require access to a safe power source via an extension lead. For the safety of our staff, your vehicle and our equipment, we are unable to commence work on any vehicle situated on a main road, heavily trafficked road, or any road that is narrow or restricted. We are also unable to operate in pay and display car parks. If your location presents any of these challenges, please contact us prior to booking — with four years of experience, we always have a solution

All bookings are deposit-based and are not confirmed until a deposit has been received via bank transfer directly to Pristine Gleam. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposit amounts vary depending on location, package and scope of work. Within 48 hours of booking, we are happy to transfer your booking to another nominated individual, provided the new location meets all terms and conditions.

Pristine Gleam cannot be held responsible for acts of traffic, acts of God or circumstances beyond our control. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or rearrange your booking, we will do so within 14 days of the original date. Should this not be possible, a full deposit refund will be honoured

If your vehicle’s interior is heavily soiled with mud, pet hair, mould, vomit or blood, additional charges will apply. We strongly advise sending photographs prior to booking so that a fair and accurate estimate can be provided. If this has not been done in advance, pricing will be agreed upon arrival before any work begins.

By proceeding with a booking, you confirm that you have read and agreed to our terms of business. Any booking affected by a failure to comply with these terms may result in full booking charges becoming payable. An invoice will be issued to the contact details provided at the time of booking. Failure to pay will result in legal action being taken. A missed booking is a missed day’s work — we will not be held responsible for any loss of time or earnings under any circumstances.
